"6th And Santa Fe" Star To Attend Festival Screening

"6th And Santa Fe" star Will Yun Lee will be attending the June 28th screening at the PlayHouse West Film Festival it was announced today in Hollywood. Also on hand will be Gunny Entertainment partners Mike Gunther (Director/Writer) and Mike Behrman (Executive Producer/Writer) to participate in an after screening Q&A session following the 10:30 AM showing at the El Portal Theater in North Hollywood.

"This idea of an ensemble of actors who train and do plays together has grown to include film productions. In 1995, our long-time staff member, Jeff Goldblum, directed a film for Showtime, Little Surprises, which starred an ensemble of Playhouse West actors along with such notables as Rod Steiger and Julie Harris. This short film went on to garner an Academy Award nomination for Best Motion Picture Short."

Director Mike Gunther's "6th And Santa Fe" To Screen At Playhouse West Film Festival

Gunny Entertainment is proud to announce that the theatrical short of Director Mike Gunther's "6th And Santa Fe" has been selected by the prestigious Playhouse West Film Festival to screen on Saturday, June 28th, at 10:30 am at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood, California as part of their 2008 summer schedule. Writer/Director Mike Gunther and Writer/Executive Producer Mike Behrman, the two driving forces behind Gunny Entertainment, will be on hand for the screening and will be attending a question and answer session following the morning session. "We're excited about the chance to screen "6th And Santa Fe" at the festival" Mike Gunther states "Because their work and passion for drama-driven projects has always been inspiring".

Kevin Kerslake Signs On To "Heaven's Reign"

Gunny Entertainment is proud to announce that acclaimed Director Kevin Kerslake has signed on to direct the pilot episode of the new fantasy action series "Heaven's Reign", currently in development, written and created by Mike Gunther and Mike Behrman.
Gunther/Behrman are excited about the deal, stating that "Kevin's work on Disney's "Fallen", as well as cutting edge visuals on music videos from everyone from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, to Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins and Depeche Mode is the exact match we were looking for to bring "Heaven's Reign" to life. "Fast And The Furious 4"
Producer Neal Moritz reunites "Fast And The Furious" original cast stars, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker, with Director Justin Lin for "Fast And The Furious 4", the latest saga in the exiting cars, babes and action franchise currently in production in Hollywood.
Action professional Mike Gunther reports from the set that "It's a honor to be working again with Paul Walker, and the sequences we are executing are far and above anything seen before in this franchise". Gunther goes on to state that "I am excited to be involved with the latest chapter in this very popular series".
"Fast And The Furious 4" is scheduled for a summer'09 release.

Mike Gunther Does Star Trek
For Immediate release:
Mike Gunther has finished working on Paramount Picture's "Star Trek", the latest installment in the popular SciFi series franchise. Produced and Directed by J.J.Abrams, the film is shooting in Los Angeles and is slated for a summer 2009 release.
"Trekkie fans will be blown away by action in this production" says Gunther, "This is going to definitely be the best one yet!"
